In 2005, in the Scottish Borders town of Melrose he opened his first Italian Restaurant 'Monte Cassino', which over the years has won a multitude of awards!
Early in 2017, in the heart of Dalkeith, near Edinburgh, he opened his second restaurant 'Anema e Core' (Heart & Soul). Specializing in traditional Neapolitan Cuisine.

With two restaurants, an endless list of top awards and achievements, Antonio remains a man of humility; Hard working, honest and always dedicated to his staff and customers.
Antonio and his team of top chefs bring you authentic, fresh, hand made food, using traditional Italian recipes, as well as his own family recipes handed down generations of Neapolitans.
